Jenn has been a wonderful go-to person since I bought my FLHTCU in 2018. She seems great at being able to read people and their needs without being pushy. I approached her about 3 weeks ago about selling my bike.This was the smoothest transaction I have ever felt with and I've had quite a few over the last 50 years. I have had no bad experiences with any of the staff or H-D products and this goes back to 1974 when dealing with the true Rocky and his son Stone (Gary).
